Grupo Ingenia

Grupo Ingenia runs installation and maintenance projects (HVAC, multi-split) for industrial clients. They needed full control over work orders, technicians and HSE compliance across every job.

The challenge

Work orders lived on paper with no visibility into status — scheduled, in progress, completed or overdue — and it was hard to track warranties and safety procedures per project.

What we built

  • 01 Work orders with status, priority, scheduling and assigned owner
  • 02 Project and request management
  • 03 Technician and contractor assignment
  • 04 Warranty module per job
  • 05 HSE procedures and documents attached to each work order
  • 06 Reusable work-order templates
  • 07 Companies, sites and equipment (assets) per client
  • 08 Dashboard with live KPIs: total, in progress, completed, overdue

“We manage work orders, technicians and HSE procedures for several industrial clients. The platform gave us full control and traceability — nothing slips through the cracks anymore.”
